So it looks like there’s a solid cure, but it’s really quiet about availability and where is mass production going on and distribution. It would be nice to know this is being mass produced and distributed right now.

I imagine the same. While I'd like to see that number, I do understand that if a patient is so far gone when they come in as to not have more than 3 days to live, it's probably too late for any drug to work, thereby not lending to the true efficacy of the medications. I.E. not counting "Hail Mary" doses.

Almost that benign for the study. Presuming this is the patient died in the trial of 80, the patient’s viral load was eliminated (i.e., the infection left), but the lungs were already so badly damaged and so filled with mucous that they couldn’t recover.

No matter what you see in Star Trek or with Peter Jackson’s King Theoden, in real life, you don’t remove an infection and suddenly a badly sickened, elderly person’s damage doesn’t just dissolve away with a camera blur.

Probably not; you pick a metric and you stick with it. If you died within three days of a treatment that takes five days to impart, medically the point is that you were unable to complete the treatment.
