Just because you have a pool of people who were treated and compare it to a pool who weren't that doesn't count as a double=blind study. The people who died needed to think they were getting the treatment when they were not. They could have died from despair rather than the disease itself. /s/

I have to think it's safe to play in traffic before my death from playing in traffic can be demonstrated to be caused by playing in traffic.

When are we going to hear about progress on the NY trial? My guess is that if it works, it will be 9-12 months from now. If it doesn't, any day now.

My guess is they will wait until the patients are at death's door, use doses below the therapeutic threshold, not use the Azythromycin, avoid zinc and vitamin C and promptly declare failure.

As recently as last night, March 31, MSNBC I was running a graphic across the bottom of the screen that said “Dr. Fauci says there is no evidence that hydroxychloraquine works.” I was appalled because (1) has also said he would give it to himself, or a patient and (2) it has been approved for emergency use by the FDA and (3) there has been a definitive study in France that shows that it works and (4) there has been anecdotal evidence all over the planet that says that it works. The media, especially MSNBC, doesn’t still want it to work because Trump filled us with hope two weeks ago that it might. It’s that simple.

The average time in ICU for someone who dies from Coronavirus in 28 days. So, for someone who is too advanced in the disease to last 3 days is not counted. The viral load reduction in his first study did not kick in until third day.

I have a cousin in Texas who works in health care in Beaumont. She said doctors are using the z-pak and hydroxychloroquine at the two hospitals in Beaumont.
I wanted to know because if I get this or my husband, I WILL go to a hospital that treats their patients.

Which doesn't really detract from the value of the treatment; it just shows that it should be early, and used even on presumptive cases (cough, fever, difficulty breathing), absent a rapid test, which thankfully is in development and ramp up by Abbott.

Out of those, I already had scullcap and Vitamin D. Not on the list which I think is important; I already had zinc.

Things on that list that I went out and got Turmeric capsuls and Tea Tree essential oil (for the vaporizer).

Not on that list are some of the things I procured (cant’ remember them all here) Bromelain (capsules and tea form), N.A.C., and Olive Leaf Extract.

The USA is still not using it as they should, in fact, it is total chaos, doctors not treating, or treating only when patient is on death bed, not combining it with Zinc.
