I agree. I know people upstate nys who own a condo on Cape Cod. Usually there 3 months a year. They pay taxes. Why shouldn’t they be allowed to use it. They are not short term renters.

I herad, through a out-of-stater condo owner on the Cape, that condos aren’t turning on the water, fire sprinkler inspections, yada, until Memorial Day, anyway.

My granddaughter is there now. She's at Brown and they shut down so she went there instead of all the way back to NY.

She said she's only seen one person in 14 days...and just his bald head above the 6' fence. She named him Dave.
