'Brooklyn man busted for selling personal protection equipment, then coughing on FBI agents and telling them he had coronavirus: feds'

Feldheim agreed to sell to the doctor approximately 1,000 N95 masks and other assorted materials for $12,000, an approximately 700% markup from the normal price, according to court documents.

Feldheim directed the doctor to an auto repair shop in Irvington, N.J., to pick up the order, officials said.

According to the doctor, the repair shop contained enough materials, including hand sanitizers, Clorox wipes, chemical cleaning supply agents, and surgical supplies, to outfit an entire hospital, officials said.

Most of the third world governments genuinely do not know what their rates and statistics of Wuhan Virus infection and fatalities are. I suspect they only have access to reports from a few hospitals in their capital cities. The necessary country-wide reporting systems do not exist in those nations.

Agreed on the third world countries—but their numbers are not even close to what folks are seeing on the ground in the big city hospitals...

Coronavirus shown to spread in high heat and humidity

The study published in the JAMA Network Open examines the possibility that the virus could have been spread by one infected person to 8 other people and showed no signs of weakening in warm and humid conditions. All nine people having used or worked at the same indoor public bath center.

...

The bath center had a swimming pool, showers, and sauna, with an area of about 300 square meters, 60% humidity, and a temperature between 25 °C and 41 °C. The index patient had visited Wuhan, and on his return showered at the bath center on January 18, 2020. The next day he developed a fever. He was confirmed to be COVID-19 positive on January 25, 2020.

The next seven patients had all used one of the facilities in the same center between January 19 and 24. All developed symptoms 6-9 days later. The last patient was working in the center and became symptomatic on January 30. All the patients were young, about 35 years old, on average.

Considering the way it is spreading in FL, South GA and LA, this doesn’t surprise me.

.....”The necessary country-wide reporting systems do not exist in those nations”......

I also suspect they have to contend with the superstitions of the people like they did with Ebola in Africa.

The wage earners, the commuters, those still in an office or similar work environment—that’s my guess about those with the higher numbers. Just a guess.

The usual differences like sex and age and race that apply to this virus alone are also part of it of course. And maybe the special emphasis on how vulnerable the elderly are supposed to be has caused them to take special precautions.

Coronavirus forces Jerusalem’s Holy Sepulchre to close its doors for first time since 1349: ‘Very sad’

The Church of the Holy Sepulchre, believed by pilgrims to be the site of Jesus’ tomb in Jerusalem’s Old City, closed its doors for the first time since the Black Plague, according to the keeper of the keys to the now-locked church.

Nancy’s been pretty quiet, lately. She’s not out there leading the charge to blame President Trump for all of this.

Wonder if she got herself a little flu bug?

Where’s RBG? Doing one-armed push-ups to work up a sweat to break her fever?

*SNORT*

I have NO doubt that this is what’s going on...and, probably ALWAYS has gone on, with products coming in, from China.

They likely cough, spit and no telling what else on these products.

Someone replied that this was not true....as there are inspections happening, by the buyers.

LOLOL...we all know what those Chinese inspections likely consist of.

Remember when we found out the FDA DRUG regulators were token positions who just passed time, sitting in booth, on manufacturing sites?

So sad.

Imagine being trapped (as a cognizant patient) in one of these locked down nursing homes.

“Together, the state and city populations affected by some kind of stay-at-home order hold approximately 251 million people — more than 75% of the US population.”

“Think everyone who has gotten the virus will be given some type of mark. Wonder what that would be?”

It’s going to be a Yellow Star and they’ll be told it’s a train ticket.
