Elective surgeries and treatments are postponed. I guess my point is that the seeming lack of a war zone appearance may be deceptive.
Right, I would think most big hospital ICU’s would be slammed and other departments would be slack due to pt’s not wanting to be in hospital because of the virus.
So not sure what other nurses would be doing. They could back up the Rn’s on the unit but not that many have been trained for that skill level.
I sure would like to get the buggers who have been hoarding the masks etc.
And as far as the vents go, they have always been tight. Not all vents are the same, new ones are pretty high tech and need to be so.
