I wonder, over on ZeroHedge (I know, I know) one commenter in a thread suggested this was consistent with the internet shutdown (10 days of darkness).

Not sure what I think about the locations of the ships and other stuff. I know George Webb pointed out that the hospital ships that were sent to Haiti and other places could easily have a person or two who could sneak out and harvest organs and other skullduggery.
So there’s no doubt that they could also be used for rescue of trafficking victims.
Our internet has been out all day, as well as the Cell Phone, so I was wondering about the days of darkness myself, thinking it might have come early. However I turned the TV on and there was no message beginning with “My Fellow Americans” so I figured it was just regular provider issues.
Do you normally have issues with your internet going down, or is it commonplace?
