Dutch cheeses, especially Gouda have good amounts of K2 (MK-7 and MK-9).
The bacteria produce it.
Pastured eggs (hens on pasture eating whatever they find) too.
To reach 100 mcg of K2, youll need a combination of 6 oz of chicken dark meat, along with a couple of eggs, and some European hard cheese.
oh, and the gouda cheese has to be from the netherlands not the USA ..which is interesting
