I’m looking forward to warm weather.
Most of my starts bit the dust because every single year I start them too soon.
I need to build some kind of cold frame or mini greenhouse.
I wonder if starting them on top of the freezer in the ice cold garage was bad. They had a light above them but maybe hot feet and freezing cold head at night is bad for them.
Tomatoes looked real good for a while and fizzled out.
Broccoli and cabbage were teeny-smaller than alfalfa sprouts.
I want to throw in the trowel!
That’s too bad! You should be able to start again, though?
When I lived south of San Diego in the 80’s people gardened 365 days a year! This Wisconsin Yankee was totally amazed that you could actually DO that, LOL!
Have you ever been to Summers Past Farm? OMG! It was my FAVORITE place to visit and 38 years later, it is better than ever! Not sure exactly where you live in CA, but if it’s southern CA it might be worth a trip when all of this flu has burned out.
