Thanks for the link! I've NEVER heard of, let alone eaten that soup, but it looks interesting.

It's a wee bit like Hungarian lentil soup ( made with Hungarian Kielbasa, which is VERY difficult to find ANYWHERE now-a-days; sadly ),BUT NO, not THE SOUP (that's the way my family has always said it! LOL ) in any way. I'm pretty sure I did send you the recipes, though. It's a beef shanks and veggies soup that not only makes a soup, but also a main course at the same time. And it's VERY healthy and good for you! :-)

Then there are the cold Hungarian soups...cherry, wax beans, string beans, wax and string beans; also an Hungarian form of vicchyssoise, none of which, except for the cherry one, I care for at all. LOL

I will have to check through my mail; but did you also send me the Cherry one? We’re coming up on warm weather...

(I had Vichyssoise at a fancy French restaurant, once; and liked it very much.)
