I suspect the real issue with this virus is the morbidity, not necessarily the mortality. And that the morbidity will exceed that for the ‘flu’ (for tested flu positives)

My go, how do you possibly enforce something like that?
I mean that yes you could shut down flights out of NYC, Greyhound and Amtrak too. You could block the interstates and state highways out of the region.
But there’s always gonna be people who’ll find a way to slip thru.
I guess it would be a best efforts kind of thing by the state, city, county and federal authorities.
