Not sure chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine will be OTC meds— the adverse reactions are a little severe for general lay public use...but maybe something similar.
Perhaps a purer, stronger version of quinine/tonic water, hopefully with some strong orange-flavored Vitamin C enhanced additive for those of us who hate the taste?
