I did not realize until today that multiple names can be listed under one indictment. If that’s true then it is a real game changer. I thought and assumed, not being in any legal field, that 157,262 were a lot but I thought it was one person per indictment. Who knows how many people we are talking about? How many people can be in an indictment? Any legal minds here know?

My understanding is that there is no limit. But I’m not a legal expert.

Also consider that one person could be on more than one indictment. So, for example, if HRC is on 100 different indictments by herself, then that would be just 1 person with 100 indictments.

I think (don’t know) that a good guess would be that 157,000 indictments are for at least 157,000 perps. Taking the argument to the extreme, I think it would be absurd to have 157,000 indictments with each one just naming HRC.
