although I remember that Italian Dr saying CT scans are what you really need.

That was what they did for our family friend's son who was very sick a few weeks back. They just xrayed his lungs.

He is getting better. No idea what he had, it's been a few weeks and the parents are OK, so I tend to think maybe not CV.
