You want to be in a “high risk” county—that is lower risk!
Italy has let in 3 rounds of Chi-com doctors and ‘consultants’ who send nightly reports back to their overlords. It is in China's best ‘face’ interest for nations to have higher numbers in infections and mortality than China has. Therefore, the protocol that Italy is using, including euthanasia, are based on Chinese protocol. Which is leading to artificially high mortality. In my opinion.

Top news (16:37): President of the Medical Association Klaus Reinhardt has appealed to the population to wear protective masks: “My advice: Get simple protective masks or make your own and wear them in public space,” said the President of the German Medical Association (BAEK ) of the “Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung” (NOZ). “These masks do not guarantee protection against infection. But they can help a little to reduce the risk of infecting others or being infected yourself.”
Good news from Germany.
