Like I said, the use of the numbers is to inform us of two inflection points. Now we have both of them. As a country we will ride this disease like an amusement park roller coaster. As a nation the ride is coasting to the end. Each Urban area will take its own ride.

Like I said. Each urban center is going to go through a rough patch, at least the ones who cant avoid it in the next few days. I another 5 days urban centers that havent been hit might escape.
If you are looking at states where the data is single digits those states havent even progressed far enough along induction to start giving a signal above the noise. You have to have enough data to get a signal.

Look, i took 5 semesters of Statistics as a Pre Med. there was a Senior Seminar on Experimental design. As a Pre Med i had to make As in all of them. I am pretty comfortable with Statistics.
