This is a city-run last resort hospital, so I gotta wonder at the quality of doctors there. At the same time, they’re getting swamped (125% of capacity), so there’s not a lot of time to reflect at leisure on what to do. They’re in complete reactive mode in response to one crisis after another.

Are they not using the drug therapy at this particular hospital?Think of it this way. Once you cannot swallow Plaquenil + Azithromycin (the latter ordinarily a horse pill) because of the ventilator or the need for same, you have to go to next-phase treatments ie RNA interruptors like IV Remdesivir.

That’s what I’m wondering. If they’d died after a few days of treatment with Hydroxychloroquine, I’m sure the media would have jumped on it. So I’ll go on the assumption for now that they did not receive treatment with these drugs.

I think cuomo banned the use of the drugs. He wants to do the plasma testing. He’s playing doctor.
Today in his presser he said there was no problem getting beds. Hm. maybe to the elite.
