There is a guy who posts here who ran an ER that refuses to believe Vitamin C can help with Sepsis until Harvard or Mayo does a study on it.
I guess his viewpoint will be the same on this use

True story. My mother (God rest her soul) was having this very discussion with her MD once who remarked "We don't think there is enough data to support the concept of Vitamin C refurbishing the immune system."
To which she responded, without missing a beat, "I'm a retired nutritionist and there is more than ample data if you know where to look!"

That’s because there is nothing in it for the pharmas, doctors or medical facilities and vitamin C is something we can get anywhere.
I am trying not to be cynical but in this instance, I cannot help it.
