I know someone who was taking it for rheumatoid arthritis but is no longer doing so.

And so, we should find an aware doctor and frame our symptoms with a wink and a nod in states that have over-reaching dictates:

“Doc, my arthritis is flaring up and I’m sure I have a sinus infection. Lots of face pain and a fever.”

Doc prescribes Z-Pack for the sinus and HCQ for the arthritis.
