“Because coronavirus appears to meet the statutory definition of a ‘biological agent’ … such acts potentially could implicate the nation’s terrorism-related statutes,” Rosen explained. “Threats or attempts to use COVID-19 as a weapon against Americans will not be tolerated.”

How far in advance are those things planned?
So he was ok for about 2 minutes tops....He was startled by his wife..classic symptom of Alzheimer’s. ...my sister did this as well.. they startle easily even with those they’ve been closest to. Because his wife is his caretaker she has developed major sensitivitiesy to his every word, movement and condition if he is having even a hint of trouble.

If it’s a bio-agent & warrants a terrorism charge if someone infected with it deliberately spreads it, what is the case when a nation lets it out and clams up about it ?
