EXCERPT...
A memo, from Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen, went to DOJ leaders, prosecutors and others, and said that investigators could consider that “purposeful exposure and infection of others with COVID-19” is banned by criminal statutes.

“Because coronavirus appears to meet the statutory definition of a ‘biological agent’ … such acts potentially could implicate the nation’s terrorism-related statutes,” Rosen explained. “Threats or attempts to use COVID-19 as a weapon against Americans will not be tolerated.”

Cuomo now justifying his death panels were instituted instead of buying ventilators in 2015. Cuomo says that he was basing his decision to have people die instead of using the money for illegal aliens was based on 1918 Spanish Flu - he says the idea he should have bought ventilators was ridiculous because they didn’t have ventilators in 1918 so it wouldn’t have made any difference whether he’d purchased the ventilators instead of spending the money on more important things elsewhere.
