That’s the way I interpreted it too. Most of the country is not affected as hard as California and New York. I suspect those states will be the last to end their lockdowns. Governors GRUEsom and CuoMOB will probably extend theirs well into May because they want to look “presidential” for their perspective runs in 2024. By Easter most of America is back at work!

I am listening to him live now and he said nothing about 4/12. I think he will open it up in sections. The problem is the rat Governors are probably committed to their shutdowns. So you may have an idiotic red state blue state thing.
