We’ve had several earthquakes, lately, as the state is divided east and west by the Wasatch Fault. I haven’t felt any of them, as there is a crawl space under my apartment here. Of course, the epicenters have been 400 miles north of here, and the quakes were less than 6 on the Richter scale. (I miss the occasional twinge from the cement slab under my apartment in Henderson when a quake would hit anywhere in the west.)

Also, Covid-19 has missed most of us, but the governor has shut down most of the state. The resort counties are hardest hit, but that’s to be expected. The worst are the two counties east of SLC. So far, if my memory serves me, there have been 380 cases and one death, statewide, but I suspect the girl may have had underlying health problems.

Nothing is different for me, as I said, except the hours I shop. I now have to wait until 0600 or 0800 to shop, instead of being able to go at 0400.

Good morning.

Happy Atheist’s Day. My allergies are kicking my backside. At least the rain kept the pollen down.

The library is taking advantage of the cessation of business and is conducting an inventory. They told me I could drop the DVDs at the book drop, but I’ve decided to watch a couple of them again before I do that.

I’ll go to Walmart this morning, and I think I’ll leave about 0630. UNGH. But it has to be done. I hope they have some of the things I need.

Good morning. I may need to go to Walmart today. Frank says he needs underwear, and we might run out of milk.

If I go shopping, we’re less likely to end up with bags of “What on earth am I supposed to do with this?”

I may have to go to Lin’s for paper towels, and their prices are so much higher than Walmart’s. But that’s the way it is.

My phone has a lot of photos on it and I want to make sure I have them on my hard drive. I need to check that out. Now. Before it slips my mind. Again.
