Good morning. I hope it all goes as planned!

I don’t remember waking up every hour last night. That’s unusual!

Where ARE my manners??

The Morning Floof is regally, artistically smudged, and those amber eye are to die for!

Good morning. Belatedly.

I woke up around 1930 and couldn’t go back to sleep, and kept having a dream about sailing. I hate when my dreams keep morphing into strange encounters involving dead people.

Needless to say, between that and the work I did yesterday (which caused a bruise on my abdomen) it’s no wonder I overslept.

Sometimes oversleeping is the right thing.

It was very pleasant outside last evening, with a cool breeze and the big, almost-full moon. I was wishing I was on the Platkos’ porch with a nice glass of wine and the prospect of sleeping all by myself, but oh, well.

I just cut one of my fingernails because it was broken, and now my typing feels all wonky!

Good morning all. Happy Friday!

No, I didn’t fall off the face of the earth yesterday.
Yes, it was close.
No, it wasn’t Darks’ fault.

I started drifting to a different place
I realized I was falling off the face of the world
And there was nothing left to bring me back

Welp, the bedstead (sans rails) is standing upright against one wall in the kitchen where it will remain until two things happen: I get rails for it and an able-bodied guy to put the whole thing together. But the plan at the moment is just to get the rails and wait until I move to St George to assemble the whole thing. That way I don’t have to do it twice.

So. My day has semi-officially started, and I will put in a movie while I sort through genealogy. I’m back to watching local channels and they are really lacking in anything substantial.

Back from an exertion. Now I’ll work on laundry and cut the rest of my fingernails.

I’m done with my exertion for the day. Next is sorting the genealogy and when that’s done, I’ll just take it easy. Maybe I’ll even get the lasagna done!

I’m thinking about watching “Lawrence of Arabia,” but first, I have some stuff to do for some of my church committees.

Hoo-boy! Do I have my work cut out for me. I have about 150 pages that need four copies each, just to be put with the genealogies already done and the two that I have to work on.

I’ve gotten some of it sorted, but the rest of it will have to be sorted farther and collated. I also need to find out if my Real Brother kept the letter to him from my Late Brother. If not, I’ll have to copy the letters for him. I can’t see me keeping this stuff to myself.

I almost wish I hadn’t planned to go to CO, but I feel the need to and I don’t ignore that feeling. There is a reason behind the prompting.

Anyway, there are at least six personal histories or bios that need to be transcribed. Maybe I’ll have to give James and Abbie an IOU for the genealogy!

It’s been a long time since I saw “Lawrence of Arabia.” I think that movie was when my mother fell in love with Peter O’Toole.
