And? I'm not sure what the point is of that statement.
There's lots of stuff that is waiting for us. We do what we have always done. Adapt. Improvise. Overcome.
My point about the virus is that it does not care what anyone thinks, what anyone hopes for. It does not care about the economy and jobs. It has no mercy, and does not allow room for error.
It should not be underestimated.
Those humans anywhere in the world who are quick to say “we have turned the corner”, “we have stopped the virus”, etc. are going to be burned very badly—every time—until we have vaccines and/or meds that work at scale.
