USDA Complete Guide to Canning - Complete safety instructions and a lot of recipes. Ball Blue Book of Canning is a good source for recipes. Also the literature that comes with your canner.

Don’t use recipes from unknown sources and especially old recipes.

I have that book and the book that comes with the canner.

They are both essentially the same.
