The highest case loads are in Fulton, not unexpected, As that is where Atlanta as, and the surrounding counties of Cobb and Dekalb. But the worrisome ones and where the most deaths are happening is rural/South Georgia, like Dougherty county. Its like they have a completely different strain there.
