Let’s think the question through — if they had the antidote and could have given it to their people as soon as the epidemic struck, why didn’t they give it ASAP?
You would have to really believe that their level of evil extends to their disregard for the lives of their own people.
China just stopped reporting their numbers. I really don’t think they have the cure.
The Corona Virus is a variant of the common cold. It is a more aggressive form of the common cold, but classified the same as “a cold”.
I doubt China has developed the cure for the common cold.
Agree with some others that they are probably just lying about numbers at this point, but I wouldn’t rule out the antidote theory either.
Nobody has EVER been able to cure an active virus. The best that can be done is a vaccine against contracting it, and medications to mitigate symptoms. China is lying, just like Cuba lies when they claim that they have eradicated syphilis in Cuba, despite having an active and legal brothel industry catering to foreign tourists. Communist countries will claim such unbelievable medical breakthroughs, but never provide details on how they “achieved” it.

It is possible that the virus ran its course in all sufferers who didn’t die from it, and was kept from spreading by draconian lock-down. But unlikely. The most probable explanation is they’re lying.
Diseases follow a statistical decline curve. When they first enter the scene, they are very virulent and have a high mortality rate. After a given time they get weaker, as the less virulent strains become dominant. Eventually they become “background” diseases, where they do not injure at all.
However, this curve varies between pathogens. Seasonal diseases, like colds and flu, become almost dormant when it is warmer and more humid out. Coronavirus is likely one of these.
Thus the reason it is fading away in China is because it has run its course.
China has the antidote alright ... bullets and mass graves.
For China to have an antidote, it would have to have first stolen it from the US, which would mean the US also has the antidote. At this point in history, China hasn’t proven any capacity to develop drugs on its own. They’re quite good at replicating the work of others and using their numbers to mass produce things of all types but innovation isn’t their strong point.
China covered up the initial outbreak, punished and possibly murdered people who blew the whistle on that cover up, and covered up the extent of the casualties from the infection. That’s not even taking into account that the supposed path to human transmission (those live animal markets) was already a known disease vector that China had twice claimed to have shut down. Their numbers are worth nothing.
How many “antidotes” exist for viral infections? I’d sure like an antidote for the common cold, or virally-caused cancers, ad nauseam.
1. China lies. The entire debacle started because of lies.
2. This is the end of the first wave.
3. China has the source for huge numbers of viruses going back thousands of years, so this is consistent with the way they live and not specifically a bioweapon.
