“20% death rate - u crazy!”
In Italy right now it’s at 9% DCR. A lot more are going to die, unfortunately. For that number to go down they will need to find a hell of a lot more cases. 20%, I would have said was a reach even just a week ago. Now it doesn’t seem so crazy.
In Iran and China we don’t even know the real numbers, but in Wuhan, the Chinese government literally tore up the roads and put a military cordon around the city to enforce the quarantine. This was after their crappy HCS collapsed. There is no way they had a lower death rate than Italy.
Most places won’t be even as bad as Italy, but Spain ain’t looking so good right now. We’ll see if they can roll out the HCQ+AZT fast enough to make a difference - if it is as good as it seems.
The 20% or 9% doesn’t include those who are asymptotic and, therefore, not tested. For more accurate death rate refer to South Korea where testing is widespread.

And there is no way that the problem is over in China - cases are unwanted politically, but ONE Wuhan hospital, two days ago, did manage to report 200 cases ...
