I think you can take a ton of C. Only possible side effect is, and please don’t quote me, possible kidney stones with prolonged overdose. I’m sure one of the docs can confirm in this thread.

For vitamin d3 the hammer is 50,000 iu dose. Many bottles come in 5000 iu, so it means taking 10.

Take Vit C throughout the day rather than all at once or you’ll be losing it through urination.
