We need good info on stuff besides where to buy high priced freeze dried food.
Do it yourself type info.
For example, many years ago, mr. mm got a RO filter for the house. We can make our own purified water. THAT sort of thing is very useful.
People need to learn basic life skills and get of the MEEE! mindset. The MEEE! mindset might be the biggest help to the community.
Life skill #1 - Learn to cook so they won’t have to go to the drive thru restaurant risking getting sick from a food handler. It ain’t rocket science. If our 10 year old can pull off an entire Thanksgiving dinner from scratch, surely grown adults can.
Another life skill would be to count out how many squares of tp you really need. No one needs half a roll at one sitting. TMI, 4 squares is enough for tinkles. And wash your hands, but you’ve always done that, right?
Life skill #3 - Don’t know that there’s much skills learning but do your own hair and nails. Sure, risk bringing back the virus to your kids all because you just had to go to the salon.
#4 - Instead of MUST go out and buy a new outfit, wear what’s in the closet or sew the button back on. Don’t people understand that new outfit was tried on by a half dozen germy people before you? And for goodness sake, no one needs to order another pair of shoes (to go with their other 450 pairs) or anything not truly necessary which ties up needful online orders and the entire delivery process.
Ok, so not what you’re asking for but a little change in behavior would be a big help in this situation.
