I have had the canned corned beef.
In a pinch it is edible—but barely so. ;-)
I guess I will fry it when I am starving down to my last canned good of the Apocolypse.
As most here probably know, chop up up about a 1/4 cup of onions and add to the corned beef in a skillet on medium heat with just a little oil. Saute together until onions are transparent and tender. Add a bit of black pepper, a few table spoons of water to make a gravy, and serve over rice. Yum, yum...and quick!
