This is and has been standard recommendation to take Tylenol and hospitals always use it unless there is reason to use ibuprofrin or other cox inhibitor.
Maybe some Paracetemol (U.K.s acetaminophen brand) or Tylenol person has sway with the World Health Org (WHO) ?
When I was at an ER for fever in college , I remember being given both Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen.
Obviously this corona thing is its own unique ballgame!

I take ibuprofen when I need to sleep.
I have a lot of old injuries which have accumulated over the decades, and they get worse over time. I don’t notice that they even hurt normally.
Take an anti inflammatory muscle relaxant and I am generally out like a light.
As a healthcare professional who works in Infectious Diseases, I found your article interesting. However, I have just scoured every inch of the World Health Organization website and found no such statement or recommendation. That’s not to say it’s not accurate, just that if the WHO is the source, someone might want to let them know.
It’s called Wuhan virus.
I never trusted those fake aspirins anyway; I use the real thing. But I’m fortunate enough to have a cast-iron stomach; aspirin’s never bothered me.
