Not sure, because positives in the US have been high - probably due to a number of previous conditions needing to be met before a test would be given.

May be lowered now due to increased number of tests/testing available.

Another thing, if infection is low in the US, after we’ve done more testing, it indicates the Corona virus hasn’t been here for months as some are sayin’.
