I'm not a chicken little type. I'm watching Italy. I'm watching a 32-year old Ivy League cardiologist die from it (University of Pennsylvania / Children's Hospital of Philadelphia). As an Ivy grad, then as a physician, then as a cardiologist, he'd have gotten the best medical support and treatment available. But he died.

It's not just 85 year olds dying; its the 10% - 20% who need hospital beds, ventilators, ICU; which then swamp the system.

It's the morbidity, not the death rate.

Unless the system gets swamped, then the death rate skyrockets. Because gunshot victims, accident victims, car wreck victims, cancer and heart patients, etc....compete for the limited number of _available_ ICU beds.

Ok, can you provide any links to the details of this 32-year old’s case? I’m not saying that only old people can die from this virus. I am saying that the hysteria and overreaction to it is bordering on insane, as there are far greater threats to people than this.
