You’re just repeating what you hear from the media says.

Funny, you don’t mention South Korea, Germany or France.

Italy is an abnormality compared to everyone except China

Why look just at Italy?
France, Switzerland, Austria and Slovenia all border Italy and don’t have Italy’s problem.

Germany and Croatia are right next door.

NONE of these countries, though close in distance to Italy,
are nowhere close to outcome.

I don’t even watch the media anymore.

I listen to the president and read here, that’s it.

I mention Italy and Spain, because they frighten me.

Is that simple enough? You sound as paranoid as I am, just in a different way.

Italy has ~300,000 Chinese working in their fashion / garment industry. They were the original vectors of the virus.

It remains to be seen how (say) Vancouver does. Notice most US Universities are cancelling on-site classes after Spring Break (Chinese students).
