My point is IF the 2A was truly in force, we wouldn't need CCW permits/licenses. Hence why I say our freedoms have been eroded.

The Gun Control bills are still on the books as law.

Some folk look at firearms laws and loose their minds.

You’d think that the 4th means no searches or seizures too.

But, indeed, we can agree that most laws are well beyond the intent and wording of the Constitution, hence my strong distaste for the garbage called “case law”, and “precedent”. If it were valid, then DreadScott ought to be the law of the land, still.
