I am actually serious about this.
My other problem is that I have allergies. My face and nose itch frequently during a typical,day.
It is virtually impossible for me not to touch my face.
The more you dont want to scratch something..the more you will want to scratch it. You are in for some trouble. what about scratching with arm or straw or some designated item
Wear a face shield when you are out, that way you can not touch your face.
