The anxiety level was just way out of control.
Getting off the computer helped, some deep breathing and stretching, and a big sobbing prayer to God.
I am usually pretty stable in life events, but this media hysteria and reporting of every new case count, stores etc. got to me.

That is the only way people will take this serious The administration needs to brutally honest. The Democrat party needs to stop their politics.
The US needs to shut down soon, not sure when the best time is but it very close.
They also need to come clean and stop the “protect the elders” garbage.
