Not a bad idea. I hate to use them though. I found a large box of them in my first aid supplies.
I won’t make any predictions on tent cities, but I can tell you that the Army Corps of E’s and any service branch medical unit can erect a tent and have it equipped in about 4 hours, with a coffee break and a nap. Ok, maybe not a coffee break. :)
