Supplies and meds shortage is due to things that occurred pre-Trump and he’s not personally making test kits. There’s not a whole lot of companies making reagents and demand is quite high right now. The downside of not being one of the first countries hit hard is that those countries already bought everything up.
I make those (similar) points, daily.
He keeps saying the buck stops....w/Trump.
