What kind of pine? From the bit of research I've done so far, some pines are toxic--yew, Norfolk pine, and Ponderosa pine. White pine is considered the best (highest in vitamin C).

I saw that too. Being from an area where the normal trees are cedar, mesquite and scrub oaks I don't know pines/yews. And there aren't any nearby. But since I have to go to Arkansas to babysit during coronovirus school quarantine I was thinking I might try the pine needle tea. But! I don't know what kind the pines are in granddaughter's yard.
