Note to readers: this could just mean they’re allowing them to quarantine in their hotel. That was what Italian athletic governing bodies did at first before the virus became widespread through Serie A.
This does not mean Fred is good to go.

Fred has had TWO heart surgeries in past. Do we know his illness is related to Virus or jumping the gun again??
