Towards the end of the Presidents speaking at the podium. Is it just me or did he sound congested?
He should be tested if he had been in contact with someone who may have had contact with a positive case.

POTUS very subdued, every one looks grim but trying to maintain positive attitude. Above 60 years at greater risk, average age with disease (or death? - didn’t catch it) is 80.
