ALRIGHT FREE REPUBLIC IS BACK!
I saw early this morning it was gone.
Didn’t panic. Actually I thought maybe it was time for arrests and the net would pause.
Loved your post on natural healing thread. Wow you know just what to do for any emergency.
I was cleaning today and looked through my oils. I collect like you do. Do you use Oregano oil? I have used it for years. I got my sister a bottle once and now she won’t be without it. She always has a bottle in her stash for her and her husband. I don’t need it often but it is so great with a sore throat, fever, aches. Colloidal silver is another staple.
Your list covers pretty much everything one would need for lots of issues.
You know the one thing I thought of today was hubby’s meds that I should probably tend to. It maybe a good idea to call in scripts for refill just in case hoarders cause problems in supply lines.
I saw on twitter a few minutes ago some crazy idiot women in fisticuffs over stinking toilet paper in the aisle of a drug store. It is so weird to see women slapping and pulling hair. I was embarrassed for all three of them. Two were hoarding it looked like a buggy full of T.P. I could almost hear Phil Robertson in my head saying, are ya’ll nuts? Just use some leaves or grass.
Fear makes people crazier than they normally are. Sheesh.
I think going through that Cat 5 storm helped me some with the fear factor. When the pine tree came through our bedroom along with all the water, hubby was holding our French doors but they were blowing out, he was screaming for me to watch out, get down. Trees were snapping and I was thinking this might be the end of us and that’s when it happened, fear took me over, made me slip and that’s when I fell and broke my arm. Ever since then when something is scary I catch myself and try to not let fear in. The cost of fear is too high.
Now when something happens I say to hubby we made it through Michael, we will make it through whatever is next.
God goes with us always.
I should post my burn story over there.
Interesting about the fear. Panic is a crippler, absolutely, and makes a person make wrong decisions, run into stuff or get frozen in place. BTDT...
Last time I saw that was over the last GARCIA BEANIE BABY at Cracker Barrel during the Beanie Baby craze. LOL
“Two were hoarding it looked like a buggy full of T.P. I could almost hear Phil Robertson in my head saying, are yall nuts? Just use some leaves or grass.”
Total mass hysteria. We have this friend who is a liberal professor (sigh) and he writes terrible books hahahaha. He gave one to hubby. When hubby showed it to me I said..”Oh great!! More emergency toilet paper!”

I’ve been through so many hurricanes I’ve lost count. My saying is, “I raised two teenage girls, so I know I can get through ANYTHING.”
