The cultivating of the T-cells is specific to the individual patient, and their tumor.
It has to be done by hand.
That's why India is trying to figure out how to automate the process.
The other issue is the immune system goes so apesh*t over killing the tumor, it can lead to a cytokine storm.
But there are cases of patients with inoperable stage 4, given days to live, who made a complete recovery...in a few days.
