The WHO approved (possibly even suggested) the 1957 testing of an experimental polio vaccine in the Belgian Congo which was cultured on Chimpanzee organs and resulted in the transmission of Simian Immunodeficiency Virus (SIV, then unknown) to to humans in the huge (more than 1 million dosed subjects) trial.

In some of the humans, which included many thousands of infants and newborns, the SIV mutated into HIV-1. This was the medical "Accident" which created AIDS.

I thought about this more and I think there’s something interesting going on with Mulvaney going to ... Ireland lol. My first thought was that Mulvaney has been impactful in a number of ways and maybe thought +/- needed time to move on and this is a kush gig etc. ... but that’s not what’s happening here.

I think POTUS may pull the U.S. completely out of the U.N. and vice versa in his 2nd term, especially if MAGA nation can strengthen our hold on Senate and regain House ... not to mention finally replacing RBG.
