BTW, Singapore has cases as does Brazil and other ‘warm’ countries.
While the virus might not live (as long) outside, it loves air conditioning conditions (temps in the lower 70’s and low humidity).

I can help a bit. Declare meds to be of Strategic Importance to this country and severely limit imports - then Deregulate production as much as possible...even if it results in a slightly elevated risk of hang-nails in half-toed salamanders. Do it by Executive Order and DARE the Left and the courts to stop you.
Needless to say, also keep the unions out, regardless of what it takes.
