What conspiracy site did you see this on?

" I cannot elaborate on" If they can not name who they are do you want to trust them. That is like trusting something from a person who heard something form another person who heard from another.

I would not recommend taking pills listed from a conspiracy site.

Maybe this is Chinese disinformation office is putting this out there to cause Cytokine Storm for people that are infected.

Do you really want to take a group of pills from a person who has Biohazard Remediation and mitigation in their job title. They are not a doctor and have no knowledge of medicine, they recover dead bodies.

Please take no offense to the reply, I am just trying to stress it is dangerous to follow instructions from a conspiracy site.
