Agree. However, if you don't have grime, dirt, or other embedded contaminants in your hand pores/wrinkles, alcohol based hand cleaners are a good substitute. Isopropyl alcohol kills just about every germ. There is a reason why they rub your arm with alcohol before giving a shot.
Even ethanol alcohol, in booze, is better than nothing. Think 100 proof or more, which is about half alcohol content. There are some distilled products that are close to 200 proof = almost 100% alcohol.
