I don’t think they will be quarantining areas to stop the spread, the bat’s already out of the bag on that one, they will be limiting access to areas to control civil disturbances, preserve continuity of government, and protect property.
I think they’ll close schools, movie theaters, no more concerts, sporting events, things like that, it will go a long way to help
“mitigation” the word speak started heavily yesterday. They’re coming.
